- Authentic Kerala food is being prepared and provided for the guests.
- Meal plan applied on APAI / full board basis (ie; Welcome Drink + Lunch + Tea & Snacks + Dinner & Breakfast- {Menu Veg or Non-Veg}).
- Entertainments like TV, Music, and Fishing etc..

Terms & Conditions:
- Check in time 12 :00 Noon, Check out at next day morning 09 :00 AM (For Overnight Stay).
» Check in time 11:00 AM, Check out at 5:00 AM (For Day Trips).
» Check in Time 06:00 PM, Check out at next day morning 09:00 AM (For Night Stay).
- Air conditioners in the bedroom will be switched on only from 09.00 PM to 06.00 AM for Budget Class and Deluxe Class.
- Fixed Menu in the houseboat, (need any changes tell us during the time of Booking).
» Special dishes can be arranged subject to availability against direct payment.
- The boat will be anchored in the lake or canal during night & will not cruise after 17.30 hrs.
(05.30 PM to next day morning 08.00 AM- As per GOVT. Rule- Village people need to put net in the lake for fishing).
- Children 5-12 yrs without Extra Mattress -INR 750/-, with Extra Mattress - INR 1000/-.
» 12 years and above Extra Person with Extra mattress -INR 1500.
- From December 20th to January 15th -25% hike on the rates.
- 50% Advance should be paid for confirmation and balance to be paid prior to embarking.
- Management is not responsible for late arrivals and check out time will be followed as per schedule.
