    Tearms & Conditions:

    •  Check in time 12 :00 Noon, Check out at next day morning 09 :00 AM (For Overnight Stay).
          » Check in time 11:00 AM, Check out at 5:00 AM (For Day Trips).
          » Check in Time 06:00 PM, Check out at next day morning 09:00 AM (For Night Stay).
    •  Air conditioners in the bedroom will be switched on only from 09.00 PM to 06.00 AM for and Deluxe Class.
    •  Air conditioners in the bedroom will be 12.00 Noon to 9.00 AM for First Class Houseboat.
    •  Fixed Menu in the houseboat, (need any changes tell us during the time of Booking).
          » Special dishes can be arranged subject to availability against direct payment.
    •  The boat will be anchored in the lake or canal during night & will not cruise after 17.30 hrs.
              (05.30 PM to next day morning 08.00 AM- As per GOVT. Rule- Village people need to put net in the lake for fishing).
    •  From December 20th to January 15th -25% hike on the rates.
    •  50% Advance should be paid for confirmation and balance to be paid prior to embarking.
    •  Management is not responsible for late arrivals and check out time will be followed as per schedule.
